Procedure

Your student card or sticker renewal will be issued from Monday, September 15, 2025, subject to the administrative visa validating the documents attached to your file and the completion of your payment.

IMPORTANT
Before you leave, please check that your supporting documents have been validated(UCA Enrolments page) and that your transfer file has been received correctly for students coming from another university.

REMINDER
The certificate of payment of the CVEC (or of exemption for students with scholarship status) will be issued to you by the CROUS and must be presented when you collect your card.
Once your administrative registration has been finalized, you can pick up your student card or update your sticker at your local Inspé school.

You can print out your school certificate from your ENT in "Mon Dossier web".
