The Inspé of the Académie de Nice, representing one of the six teacher training institutions involved in this European project, participated in three days of collaborative work in Nice, from November 26 to 28. This meeting brought together partners from European universities, associations, and teacher training networks. The event was hosted and coordinated by Cindy De Smet. She was assisted by Julien Oberlin for the Inspé, while practical coordination was managed by Blanca Martin.

The meeting was opened by Virginie Oddo and Laurent Heiser, representing both Université Côte d’Azur and the Inspé, followed by an inspiring intervention from Elfi Casanave (Canopé), invited as a local partner.

Our Teacher Academy pursues several ambitious objectives:
• create the conditions for a sustainable alliance between Teacher Academies;
• develop a set of competences for teachers;
• co-design learning modules and lesson plans;
• develop and disseminate a toolkit to support the creation of local learning ecosystems;
• test strategies for rapidly scaling up good practices through existing networks;
• document and systematically evaluate the innovative practices implemented in partner schools.

As with every TPM, the aim was to advance and validate the elements of the work packages to ensure the project remains on track, with contributions from partners including Boğaziçi University, the DARE network, OBESSU, EIP Lab, the Wiener Forum, EPA, HoGent, UOI, UNIMORE, POLITEHNICA, ICMeP and l’Université Côte d’Azur.

Two work packages were at the center of the discussions:

WP coordinated by the Wiener Forum: analysis of existing citizenship competences and development of learning pathways for teacher training, ultimately leading to the establishment of an observatory to monitor and adjust their implementation.

WP coordinated by the Inspé: development of the community dimension of citizenship education through active involvement of local stakeholders, creation of an operational toolkit, and modeling of reproducible learning ecosystems at the local level.

L'Inspé de l’Académie de Nice, représentant l’une des six formations d’enseignants impliquées dans ce projet européen, a participé à trois jours de travail collaboratif à Nice, du 26 au 28 novembre. Ce rassemblement a réuni des partenaires issus d’universités européennes, d’associations et de réseaux de formation des enseignants. La rencontre a été accueillie et coordonnée par Cindy De Smet, hôte de l’événement et responsable du projet pour l’Inspé. Pour l’Inspé, elle a été assistée par Julien Oberlin, tandis que la coordination pratique était assurée par Blanca Martin.

La rencontre a été ouverte par Virginie Oddo et Laurent Heiser, représentant à la fois l’Université Côte d’Azur et l’Inspé, suivis d’une intervention inspirante d’Elfi Casanave (Canopé), invitée en tant que partenaire local.

Notre Teacher Academy poursuit plusieurs objectifs ambitieux :
• créer les conditions d’une alliance durable entre Académies d’enseignants ;
• développer un cadre de compétences pour les enseignants ;
• co-concevoir des modules d’apprentissage et des plans de leçon ;
• élaborer et diffuser une boîte à outils pour soutenir la création d’écosystèmes d’apprentissage locaux ;
• tester des stratégies d’essaimage rapide des bonnes pratiques via les réseaux existants ;
• documenter et évaluer systématiquement les pratiques innovantes mises en œuvre dans les écoles partenaires.

Comme à chaque TPM, l’objectif était d’avancer et de valider les éléments des work packages afin d’assurer que le projet reste sur la bonne voie, avec les contributions de partenaires tels Boğaziçi University, the DARE network, OBESSU, EIP Lab, the Wiener Forum, EPA, HoGent, UOI, UNIMORE, POLITEHNICA, ICMeP et and l’Université Côte d’Azur.

Deux lots de travail étaient au cœur des discussions :

WP coordonné par le Wiener Forum : analyse des cadres de compétences existants en citoyenneté et élaboration de parcours d’apprentissage pour la formation des enseignants, avec à terme la mise en place d’un observatoire destiné à suivre et ajuster leur mise en œuvre.

WP coordonné par l’Inspé : développement de la dimension communautaire de l’éducation à la citoyenneté, via l’implication active des acteurs locaux, la création d’une boîte à outils opérationnelle et la modélisation d’écosystèmes d’apprentissage reproductibles au niveau local.
